The face behind FLP...

Hello, I'm Kelsey, I'm the face behind For the Love of Paper. Originally this blog started out as a way for me to share my love of paper, but it has a mind of it's own and is starting to take a new direction. Hang with me and we can start this new journey together!

1. Who are you?
I'm Kelsey, an 80's baby. I'm a wife and best friend to my husband. I'm a first time mum to a beautiful baby boy.

2. Where are you from?
Canada! Originally from Southern Alberta, but recent resident of Vancouver Island BC.

3. Why did I start this blog?
I enjoy reading other blogs. I enjoy the company of the faces behind other blogs. Blogdom (new word) is a unique community, a fun community, where people from all over the world can meet and become friends. I love it!!

4. What do I do?
My husband will jokingly say not much, but I'm a stay at home to our now 3-month old. At the end of the day I don't get much done. There are always unfinished cycles of laundry, half loaded dishwashers, dirty floors and lots and lots of baby stuff lying around, but hey I get to stay home with my little one.

5. How did I become so crafty?
I hate to use the cliche that I was born with it, but I was. I've always been a keener of arts and crafts. I can't really imagine my life without them. Whenever I take a long hiatus from the industry I get cranky and really feel the need to dive in and get my hands dirty.

6. What did I do before I got married and had little B?
I had grand plans let me tell you!!! Just kidding. I did, however, have every intention of going into law school and working outside the home. BUT, I met my husband, got married and decided I wanted something different.

7. Any other hobbies and Interests?
YES! Thanks for asking!! I love, love, love to read. To me there is something so magical about getting lost in a good book. I find it's nice to take a break from reality and get lost in imagination land. I also love music, Duck Dynasty (Yes, the TV show), camping, and being out on the water. I swear I was a fish of some sort in another life time.
